Mask Donations

How to Make a Mask

We so appreciate the many offers from the community for hand-made face masks. Reid Health is now accepting these donations as a way to provide contingencies because of national supply issues with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We will ensure they are laundered per infection control standards and then made available for use by our team and other community organizations should the need arise. We will follow the CDC guidelines for using cloth masks in a time of crisis.

We will receive the donated masks at the Outpatient Care Center/Main Entrance (Valet Parking Office), 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Mon. through Fri. Beginning Wed., 3/24 in Connersville, donations will be received at the 19th Street entrance, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Mon. through Fri. Additionally, Nancy’s Fancy’s Sewing Corner, 1446 NW 5th St in Richmond, has offered to receive donations at their business 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Mon. through Fri.
